We accept returns of new, unworn items that are in Original Condition and Original packaging for Exchange or Store Credit only. No Refunds.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Code. Orders returned without a Return Authorization Code are not accepted and returned at the customers expense.
Sale Prices are only available at the time of purchase. Price adjustments are not offered. No exceptions.
To ensure that your exchange will be accepted It is important that all shoes are first tried on to determine if the fit, size, style, color etc are suitable for you. We recommend trying your shoes on carpet. Any hard surface may scuff the bottom of the shoes. We do NOT accept returns on merchandise that have visible scratches, marks, dirt on the outer sole. Items returned in these conditions will NOT be accepted and returned at your expense.
Please follow all guidelines outlined in the RETURN AUTHORIZATION email issued prior to return or you may run the risk of your return/exchange not being accepted.
We cannot take responsibility for Return or Exchange shipping costs at this time. A pre-paid label is not provided for returns. Also, we cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged items and these will be returned at your expense. International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer including all related customs/duties fees that may be assessed, but do still email us for an RA code and send us a tracking number for reference if you can!
Should you wish to make a return, you have 10 days from the delivery date to email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization code. All returns MUST be mailed. Once your return is received, you will receive an email confirmation from us within 1-3 business days. A store credit gift card valid for 1yr will be issued via email for the purchase amount minus the cost of shipping for you to repurchase online at your convenience.
Store credit is valid for 1 full year from the issue date and cannot be redeemed, adjusted or transferred once expired. No exceptions.
If your order arrives Defective or Damaged, you must contact customer service immediately upon receipt of delivery. This means you must contact us on the delivery date confirmed via the tracking number issued for the order. Please provide clear photos of the damages and the bottom soles of both shoes to email@example.com Monday- Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.
AMINAH ABDUL JILLIL does not assume responsibility for damage or injury sustained due to normal, your chosen or preferred use or wear of the product.
We do not consider wear and tear to be a fault; or intentional damage to a product or damage from wear to be a fault.
To return a faulty item to us, you should contact our Customer Services Team with the following information.
- Your proof of purchase/order number
- A short description of the fault
- Supporting images

All items that are returned as faulty are thoroughly inspected by our quality control experts to deem whether an item is faulty or whether it is fair wear and tear. We may be able to offer to repair your item but please note that repairs are not guaranteed.
If in the rare event that your item is faulty due to a design error, we may be able to replace your item. Replacements are subject to availability.
AMINAH ABDUL JILLIL guarantees its products for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only items that present a manufacturing fault, and does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accident, wear and tear or misuse, or from any alteration.
Please note that some styles may be irreparable depending on the materials used and the age of the product, and that repairs may be chargeable.
