Shipping Policy


Orders placed have a 1-3 business day processing time frame. Specialty items may differ. Orders placed with Overnight delivery, we try our best to process within the same day if received by 12pm PST, however orders that are placed during Sales or promotions may have a longer processing timeframe. If you purchase a Pre-Order you may select Expedited Shipping at checkout however your order will not ship until the item is available. If an item is a Pre-Order it will specify under the Product Description Section on the item shop page and or provide the Estimated Ship or Arrival date. This date is subject to change. Orders placed Friday (after 12pm PST)-Sunday are processed on Monday. An email confirmation with tracking information is sent when your purchase is on its way to you.

We are closed on Monday January 2 in observance of the New Years Day Holiday. Normal business hours will resume Tuesday January 3


The date provided on all Pre-Ordered merchandise is an ESTIMATE not a guarantee. This date is provided to give an idea of an approximate timeframe that we expect to receive shipment of the Pre-Order to our warehouse and in turn prepared for delivery to our customers. The specified date in NO WAY means you will receive your item on that date. Upon arrival to our warehouse, all orders are prepared for delivery. Order Preparation and delivery for Pre-Ordered Merchandise can take up to 3-5 days depending on the order demand, so please allow the necessary time. You will be notified by email of any delays or changes to the estimated time of arrival when available. You may cancel your order at anytime prior to the order being shipped. *CREDIT CARDS CHARGED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

Expedited Shipping (Overnight, 2-day, Express Saver) selected for Pre-Ordered Merchandise does not apply to the order until the item has arrived and is available to ship.

All orders require a Signature upon delivery. If you'd like to request NO signature upon delivery please indicate in the Order Comments Field prior to checkout: NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED


AMINAH ABDUL JILLIL is not responsible for tracking parcels after an order has shipped.

AMINAH ABDUL JILLIL is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once an order is dispatched and released to the shipping agent (FedEx, etc.) we are no longer responsible for the parcel. If a package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item we will assist in any way possible to help in resolving the matter.

AMINAH ABDUL JILLIL is not responsible for duties and tax fees on international shipments. All such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

FedEx Deliveries are generally made Monday through Friday, generally between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.

IMPORTANT - Inspect all packages upon delivery. Note on the delivery receipt any obvious damage or notify the driver if present at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in you or your company being liable for the damaged merchandise. We cannot assist you in working out a settlement with FedEx unless they are immediately notified of the damage. If you suspect internal damage OPEN IMMEDIATELY! Call FedEx at 1.800.Go.FedEx(1.800.463.3339) to file a damage claim upon delivery of any noticeable damage. Even if no damaged goods are suspected, open the carton(s) within 24 hours and make a thorough inspection. Hold all damaged goods and their packaging materials for inspection by FedEx and call them at to file a damage claim.
