Orders placed Friday after 12pm PST thru Sunday, are processed on Monday. An email confirmation with tracking information is sent when your purchase is on its way to you.
Orders placed Friday or Thursday after the 12pm cutoff with Overnight delivery are delivered on Monday. Overnight delivery service guarantees delivery in 1 business day this does not include weekends or holidays.

MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER
If a coupon code is not applied at check out, we are not able to add it or to refund for it once the order is placed. If you are having an issue with a code, be sure to email us BEFORE placing the order.

If you reject your order or do not accept the fees at delivery, we will charge the cost of the shipping fees back to you. We will not be responsible for any shipment fees or duties.

This includes, service interruptions and or delays, weather delays etc.This means once your order has left our facility and is no longer in our possession, transit becomes the responsibility of the courier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL) If your order has processed and shipped from our facility on schedule and has a delayed delivery for courier transit reasons. We recommend that you contact the courier Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS for assistance. We are not responsible for delayed transit once your order has been turned over to the courier.
AMINAH ABDUL JILLIL is not responsible for tracking parcels after an order has shipped.
AMINAH ABDUL JILLIL is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once an order is dispatched and released to the shipping agent we are no longer responsible for the parcel. If a package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item IMMEDIATELY! Call UPS at 1.800.742.5877 or DHL(1-800-CALL DHL) to file claim. We cannot assist you in working out a settlement with the courier, unless they are immediately notified.
AMINAH ABDUL JILLIL is not responsible for duties and tax fees on international shipments. All such fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Refusal to pay such fees at delivery may result in your parcel being abandoned or destroyed by the courier. We will not be responsible for return shipping costs due to refusal of delivery.
UPS Ground Deliveries are generally made Monday through Friday, generally between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.
IMPORTANT - Inspect all packages upon delivery. Note on the delivery receipt any obvious damage or notify the driver if present at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in you or your company being liable for the damaged merchandise. We cannot assist you in working out a settlement with UPS or DHL, unless they are immediately notified of the damage. If you suspect internal damage OPEN IMMEDIATELY! Call UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877 or DHL(1-800-CALL DHL) to file a damage claim upon delivery of any noticeable damage. Even if no damaged goods are suspected, open the carton(s) within 24 hours and make a thorough inspection. Hold all damaged goods and their packaging materials for inspection and call them to file a damage claim.
